Youth Mentorship Overview
-
Misson
Every student cherished, seen and taught to be remarkable leaders. Our Philosophy to connect, equip, and unleash students to find and fulfill their leadership potential.

Areas of Focus
1. Child Mentorship (One on One’s)
We set up meaningful conversations with the students and track the number of meetings per month, and gather insight on the quality of the relationship. This is how we understand the growth pattens over time.
2. Weekly Leadership Lessons
We meet with pre-selected students once a week every week and teach a leadership lesson. We track attendance and engagement during the lessons this gives us insight into how well the material resonates with students.
3. Parent Mentorship (Connections)
We make parent phone calls once a month to establish connection, trust, and problem solve. Getting this insight helps us shape them into great leaders. We measure the number of contacts made with parents and gather feedback on weather they feel supported and empowered by the relationship.
